Andy has marked the occassion with the launch of 'Tigers - A celebration of life' - a new book feturing over 100 magnificent images of tigers, with 25% of all profits donated directly to tiger conservation projects. Passionate about capturing animals in their natural habitats, Andy’s winning image, a stunning portrait of a tiger stalking, features in the self-published book, close on the heels of a major TV documentary on the endangered species of big cats and timed to coincide with the Chinese Year of the Tiger. The book resonates with a strong message for conservation, all the more poignant considering there are believed to be less than 4,500 tigers remaining in the wild. Conservation is central to his lifestyle and has prompted him to create his own conservation charity. The book will spearhead his activities for the next year including a travelling exhibition to increase awareness of the near extinction of tigers in their few remaining habitats.
